Chimichurri Sauce
Use this sauce on grilled beef or sliced beef sandwiches.

1/2 cup finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme 1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup extra virgin olive oil


Combine the above ingredients in a glass bowl or non-reactive container with a tight fitting lid and shake until mixed thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve; the sauce will keep up to one week in the refrigerator.
